What You’ll Do

  • Hire, mentor, and grow a strong engineering team
  • Drive technical excellence and ensure high development speed
  • Contribute 50% hands-on coding (Golang, SQL, testing)
  • Manage workflows, team goals, and collaboration
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance reviews
  • Be available for live issue coordination

What You Need

  • 3-5 years of back-end development experience
  • 1+ year of team leadership experience
  • Strong agile development & stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel 2 weeks per quarter
