This role is essential in driving Unibee’s organic traffic strategy and increasing user acquisition through search. 

As an SEO Specialist, you will shape and execute our long-term organic growth strategy, building the structure, content, and authority of our website.

Success in the short term means launching well-structured content that starts ranking for relevant queries; long-term success is measured by steady growth in organic traffic, improved user engagement, and conversion rates from organic channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies
• Create or edit content with the help of AI tools
• Collect and group keyword queries, build site architecture and page structures
• Analyze traffic data, positions, and user behavior
• Optimize site structure and internal linking
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns to priority pages
• Collaborate with the Content and Product teams for synergy

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Product-thinking approach to understand user intent and decision-making
• Experience in semantic analysis and building logical site architectures
• Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs/Semrush, GSC
• Ability to generate or edit content using AI tools

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with SaaS or B2B products
• Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Hotjar)
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
• Experience with backlink outreach strategies
