As AI Automation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in designing, testing, and implementing automation solutions across finance, operations, HR, and more. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s independent, tech-savvy, and passionate about building smart systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, N8N, and Python;
• Break down manual business processes and rebuild them into scalable AI-enhanced pipelines;
• Mentor and support teammates (task planning, reviews, knowledge sharing);
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver results;
• Experiment with prompt engineering and AI agents for tasks like invoice parsing,
  document classification, etc.;
• Continuously learn new tools and methods — adapt to the fast-changing AI landscape.
  
  Requirements:
  
• 1–3 years of experience with no-code / low-code tools, scripting, or process automation;
• Strong logic, systems thinking, and problem decomposition skills;
• Ability to work independently, own tasks, and deliver working solutions;
• High learning agility — you’ll work alongside an internal AI specialist and are expected to absorb quickly;
• Interest in leading small projects or people as the team scales;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+).
