Responsibilities:

• Analyze the current backlog, identify the most impactful initiatives, and introduce new hypotheses backed by research or data.
• Shape and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends.
• Design the business logic of new features, ensure clear and well-documented product requirements for assigned features, and provide product expertise to the team.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and experiments.
• Run interviews, analyze user behavior, define success metrics, and share findings across the team.
• Organize the team's workflow as required, minimizing unnecessary formalities and meetings.
• Build relationships with current and potential customers to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and deepen product understanding.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or tech B2B company.
• A track record of delivering user value and driving measurable business results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose problems into manageable components.
• Excellent project management skills with experience working with technical teams.
• Good understanding of the technical aspects of digital products.
• B2 English proficiency is very important.
