Community Manager

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, community-driven individual to represent our product on niche forums, engage with like-minded users, and test creative strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new users. This role is essential for growing our presence in online communities where our core audience lives.

We’re hiring a Community Manager to take the lead on managing and growing our presence across niche forums and online communities. If you’re the kind of person who lives and breathes pop culture, digs deep into obscure internet lore, and can configure any OS like a pro — this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own and manage official brand threads on relevant industry forums (e.g., antidetect, privacy tools, proxy services, OSINT, affiliate marketing, etc.);
- Test creative formats to boost engagement and visibility (giveaways, story-based posts, challenges, Easter eggs, AMA-style threads);
- Build relationships with users — from curious newcomers to hardcore tech veterans;
- Gather product feedback and community insights, passing them to the product and marketing teams;
- Identify and evaluate new forum opportunities and engagement tactics;
- Collaborate closely with Paid Marketing and Content teams to align messaging and branding.
- Are a geek at heart — fluent in memes, anime universes, gaming lore, and obscure fandoms;
- Spend time on Reddit, niche forums, image boards, or other “deep internet” communities;
- Know how to dig up hard-to-find information, whether from open sources or obscure threads;
- Understand operating systems, browsers, proxies, VPNs, and general internet security far beyond the average user;
- Communicate like a true community member — casual, clever, no corporate BS;
- Enjoy creating smart, attention-grabbing forum posts that actually start conversations;
- Can manage your time and tasks independently, while staying aligned with a remote team.
- Previous experience moderating or managing forums or online communities;
- Familiarity with English-speaking and international tech forums;
- Background in working with privacy-focused users, affiliate marketers, or underground tech communities;
- Ability to write witty, engaging, and on-brand posts in both English and another language (bonus if it’s Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese).
