The main objective of this role is to produce high-quality marketing materials that support Nodemaven's marketing teams. You will work closely with the affiliate marketing team, media buying team, and the content team responsible for the website.

Your key deliverable is visually strong, consistent design work that helps differentiate us from competitors and effectively communicates the core benefits of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation and Enhancement:

• Develop designs for banners, pop-ups, Telegram posts, YouTube thumbnails, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency in all user-facing touchpoints in terms of branding.
• Create a cohesive style guide and establish a recognizable, clear brand identity.

Research & Benchmarking:

• Conduct basic competitor research to identify best practices, especially in web design.
• Gather feedback from users, teams, and stakeholders to continually improve design outputs.

Candidate Requirements:

Work Experience:

• 1+ year of experience as a Graphic/UX/UI Designer in a marketing environment.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layouts, components, design systems, interactive prototypes).
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — retouching, collaging, creating banners and graphics.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Lottie for basic motion design.
• Familiarity with Canva, Crello, Fotor, VistaCreate for quick content production.
• Understanding of graphic preparation for web and mobile interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective handoff to developers.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence for task and project collaboration.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and ideas.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level for effective communication and working with international sources.
