As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving Unibee’s business growth by identifying and engaging potential partners in the Fintech, Crypto, Startup, and Business Incubator/Accelerator spaces.

Your main focus will be cold outreach, lead qualification, and closing partnerships or deals—either independently or with support from your supervisor when needed.
Success in this role means building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and contributing to long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect research – Identify potential partners using various tools and platforms

Cold outreach – Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels

Lead qualification – Assess partner fit and interest before handing off to senior sales

CRM & automation – Use tools like Apollo, Clay, and CRM systems to manage outreach

AI-assisted workflows – Leverage AI tools to optimize messaging and research

Event participation (Bonus) – Represent the company at conferences, forums, or webinars

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Partnership Manager, or similar outbound sales role

Background in Fintech, Crypto, Web3, Startups, or Business Accelerators

Strong cold outreach skills (email, LinkedIn, messengers)

English level B2+ (fluent in written and spoken communication)

Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay)

Ability to work independently and manage outreach pipelines

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with AI tools for sales automation or lead research

Participation in industry events (conferences, meetups, webinars)

Experience in communication with Business Accelerators/Incubators

Existing connections within local business or startup communities
