We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Content Specialist (Vietnamese Native Speaker) to join our dynamic Content Marketing Team. In this role, you will take ownership of content creation and optimization for the Vietnamese market, working with senior team members but also driving initiatives independently. 

You’ll leverage market knowledge and SEO tools to craft content strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and editing content mainly for the website, as well as for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword research focused on the Vietnamese market and optimize content for both search engines and LLMs, using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Vietnam-specific tools).
• Optimize content for search engines and improve rankings across high-value queries in Vietnam.
• Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.
• Stay updated on local industry trends, Vietnamese communities, and user behavior to shape content strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in content creation or SEO, ideally in digital marketing or an agency environment.
• Language skills: Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent spoken and written English (B2–C1).
• Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Content channels: Knowledge in at least 3 different types of content distribution channels (e.g., website landing pages, blog writing, video production, etc.).
• SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, keyword clustering, and on-page SEO.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Vietnamese market-specific tools.
• Market familiarity: Deep knowledge of the Vietnamese SEO landscape — including local search behavior and communities — and proficiency with Vietnamese-specific keyword research and ranking tools (e.g., Ahrefs with Vietnam region settings, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and local tools like http://keywordtool.io or keywordseverywhere). 
• Ability to adapt SEO and content strategies to Vietnamese search trends, regional factors, and user behavior.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with Vietnamese tech forums and communities (e.g., http://Voz.vn , http://Tinhte.vn , MMO, and Facebook groups).
