1. Every role has its own game plan
Applying to the position? Well, don’t expect some cookie-cutter process. Each role has its own recruitment track.
Some might want to see your portfolio, others might throw a challenge your way (don’t worry, it’s not the Hunger Games) - on average, it takes only 2 stages - only 2 steps. We like to keep it specific. Why? Because we care more about how you think than some perfect checklist.
2. We don’t care about perfect - we care about potential
Let’s be real-nobody’s perfect. So if you’ve taken a less-than-traditional route or are jumping into something new, we’re not going to judge you.
What we want to know is: are you passionate about growth and problem-solving? If the answer’s yes, you’ve already got our attention.

3. Ask us all the questions (seriously)
This isn’t a one-sided interrogation. We want you to ask us questions too.

- What challenges are we solving now vs. what’s coming up?
Shows you’re not just thinking about today, but what’s on the horizon.
- How does growth work here?
And no, we’re not just talking about promotions-how do we make sure you get that over 9000 aura of career development? XD
Our research shows that 67% of candidates who ask about these things are 300% more likely to get hired. (okay, we made up the stats, but you get the point.)
4. We move fast (no ghosting)
This isn’t some endless waiting game. If we like what we see, we’ll be in touch faster than you can say “I’m going to ace this job.” No weeks of radio silence. No “we’ll get back to you in 6 months” nonsense. Time is precious, so let’s keep it moving.
